Linocuts

Linocuts are a type of relief printmaking.  Using sharp hand tools, I carve out images from the surface of the block.  Whatever is leftover I print.  I design my blocks to print in black ink.  I then come back to my small edition and hand paint each piece with water color and other mixed media.
